1. About Graina

Graina is operated by Abderrahman Nazih. It helps you create AI portraits from selfies using film-inspired looks. For support or questions about these terms, contact support@grainaapp.com.

2. Using the service

Use Graina only in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have permission from your parent or legal guardian where required. You are responsible for the photos you submit and your use of generated images.

3. Your photos and permissions

Submit only photos you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from anyone depicted where required. You retain your rights in your original photos. You grant Graina permission to process, store, and transmit the content you submit as needed to provide the requested service, including processing through Google’s Nano Banana image-generation technology. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original photos. See our Privacy Policy at https://grainaapp.com/pages/privacy for information about personal data.

4. Responsible use

Do not use Graina to create unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate images; or content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not impersonate people to deceive or harm others, bypass safeguards, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

5. AI-generated results

Results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected changes, or visual artifacts. Results can vary from examples and are not guaranteed to be unique or suitable for every purpose. Review an image before using or sharing it. Do not present generated images as reliable evidence of real events. Rights in AI-generated content depend on applicable law and any relevant third-party rights.

6. Credits and purchases

Each photo generation uses 2 credits. Packs of 20, 60, and 140 credits may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. The app displays the applicable price before purchase. Apple processes payment under its applicable terms. For purchase problems or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase-support process or contact support@grainaapp.com for assistance. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

7. Device-linked access

Graina does not require a sign-up or password. Credits and photos are linked to your device. Contact support before changing devices or reinstalling if you need help with access; do not assume that a device reset or reinstall preserves your content or balance.

8. Service changes and availability

Features and looks may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may restrict misuse of the service. Any changes affecting purchased content or services remain subject to applicable consumer law.

9. Responsibility and consumer rights

You are responsible for lawful use of your photos and results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Graina does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.

10. Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

11. Updates and contact
