1. Who we are

Graina is operated by Abderrahman Nazih. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the Graina app and website. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@grainaapp.com.

2. Information we process

Photos and generated images: We process the photos you choose to upload, your selected look, and the resulting AI images to provide photo generation and make results available to you. Photos may contain faces and other personal information. Upload only images you have permission to use.

Device and service information: We collect device identifiers and technical information needed to link your device to your credits and photo activity, operate the service, and diagnose problems. We also collect usage analytics and crash information to understand performance and improve reliability.

Purchases: Apple processes in-app payments. Graina handles purchase and credit information needed to provide your purchased credits. Apple handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Support messages: If you contact us or use the website contact form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How we use information

We use information to generate and deliver your images, manage device-linked access and credits, handle purchase-related issues, respond to support requests, monitor performance, diagnose crashes, and protect the service from misuse.

4. AI processing by Google

Graina uses Google’s Nano Banana image-generation technology. When you request a generation, your selected photo and the information needed to apply the requested look are sent to Google for AI processing. This includes any personal information visible in the photo. Do not upload a photo if you do not want it processed in this way.

Google’s handling of data depends on the Google service and contractual terms used for processing. Graina’s seven-day photo-storage period does not by itself describe Google’s separate processing, retention, or model-training practices. 5. Photo storage and deletion

Graina stores uploaded and generated photos for seven days. You can delete pictures using the app’s deletion controls. Save any images you want to keep to your own device before the storage period ends. Deleting a picture from Graina does not remove a copy that you saved or shared outside the service.

The seven-day period applies to photos, not to all other records. Purchase, credit, technical, analytics, and support records are handled separately to provide the service, resolve requests, and meet applicable obligations. 6. Advertising and tracking

Graina does not display advertisements or use your information for advertising tracking. The device, usage, and crash information described above is used for service operation and analytics.

7. Sharing and service providers

Your photo is sent to Google for the generation you request. Other information is processed as needed by the providers supporting Graina’s operation, payment processing, and analytics. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or infringement of rights. We do not make your uploaded photos a public feed.

8. Your choices and requests

You choose which photos to submit and can delete pictures in the app. You can stop submitting photos at any time. Use your device settings to manage photo-library permissions. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests available under applicable law, email support@grainaapp.com. We may need information sufficient to verify that a request relates to your device or data; do not send your Apple password.

9. Security and international processing

Personal information may be processed in countries other than where you live by Graina and its service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting images containing information you do not want processed by an online AI service.

10. Children and other people’s photos

A parent or legal guardian should supervise a child’s use where required by applicable law. Do not upload photos of another person without the permissions required by law. If you believe a child’s information or an unauthorized photo has been submitted, contact support@grainaapp.com.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest update. Material changes will be communicated where required.
